How to Sign Up for Online Banking

Start at longviewcb.com

You must enroll with a browser first. Once you are fully enrolled, you can download our app and sign in to access your banking information while mobile.

Click the CONSUMER Banking Login on the left.

Skip the log in information and CLICK ENROLL NOW.

Fill in your information and CLICK ENROLL. You may also use the drop down for Type of Account to enroll with a CD or Loan number.

READ through the Terms and Conditions or DOWNLOAD a PDF. Terms and Conditions must be accepted to continue with enrollment. CLICK I AGREE when you are ready to proceed.

CHOOSE a username and password with the appropriate requirements. CLICK CONTINUE.

The system will ask you to verify the email you entered earlier. Since this is the email we have on file, please CLICK continue.

CHOOSE your challenge questions and answers. Different questions can be selected with the drop-down arrows. You may CHECK “Don’t challenge me again on this device” if you’re using a private device that only you have access to. This will prevent the system from prompting you for security questions with each login. CLICK CONTINUE.

On the next screen you can choose to receive paper statements in the mail, or eStatements in your online banking.

If you would like Paper statements, CLICK the circle next to that option and then CLICK DECLINE. This will take you to the next page.

If you would like to decide at a later date, CLICK ASK ME LATER. This will take you to the next page.

If you would like the eStatements, CLICK the circle next to that option. Then you will need to CLICK on the hyperlink text that reads “electronic statements terms and conditions”.

This link opens a new window containing Longview Community Bank eStatement Terms and Conditions. Review and scroll all the way to the end of the document. There you will find a 4-digit confirmation code you will need to continue online banking registration. Close this window.

You will now be back at your previous screen. First CLICK the box that you have read and accept the terms and conditions, then enter the 4-digit confirmation code from the pop up window. CLICK ENROLL.

At this point, you can choose to enroll in mobile banking. This can also be done by going to your phone’s app store and searching for Longview Community Bank, and does not have to be completed at this time.

Choose Ask Me Later to set up mobile banking on your own, or Decline if you do not wish to use mobile banking. Ask Me Later or Decline will advance you to your accounts.

Enroll will prompt another screen where you will be asked to READ and CLICK the box to accept the terms and conditions. Once you click the box, a button will pop up beneath to CONTINUE.

You will select your phone or tablet type and proceed with instructions. If you change your mind at this point and decide to set up later, there is an Exit button at the top right of the screen. Otherwise, enter your information and CLICK CONTINUE.

You have now successfully enrolled in online banking! This is your home screen which will list your accounts and balances. There is an option to Enroll in Secure Alerts to help you monitor your account. This can be set up anytime. Click on the account to see itemized transactions. Security Update

Available Tuesday, July 8th to Longview Community Bank Customers…SecureNOW! SecureNOW is a new MFA login security tool which helps protect your financial data from unauthorized login attempts.

Effective July 8th, we will be enabling new security features in our online banking platform. These security features will help to ensure that your LCB online accounts are protected from scammers, fraudulent access, and other cyber threats. As part of this rollout, all current internet banking customers must set up phone numbers that will be able to receive one-time passcodes (OTP) for each login deemed necessary going forward. You can elect to receive the OTP by either text or voice call. As part of this security enhancement, any attempt to log into your accounts from an unknown device, different location, web browser, etc. will prompt the system to use the OTP via text or phone call.
