Longview Community Bank will be upgrading its online banking system on Monday, September 15 to enable easier QuickBooks and Quicken downloads for both Consumer and Business Online Banking. As a result, you will need to make changes to your QuickBooks and Quicken software to ensure continued access and functionality.

Recommended Steps During the Outage
To avoid disruptions:
- Download a QFX or QBO file from your account before the outage begins.
- This applies to:
- Quicken for Windows/Mac using Express Web Connect
- QuickBooks Online using Express Web Connect
After the Upgrade
Once you’ve completed the conversion steps:
- Review your downloaded transactions carefully
- Ensure no transactions are duplicated or missing in your register
